Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos  is about 45 minutes away from the airport. For convenience, transportation to and from the resort can be added per person at time of booking for $73.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is recommended but not required. Insurance options will be offered with all travel arrangements with LovinAway prior to booking.

Payments can be made by all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover).

1. What is the dress code for the wedding?
Beach Cocktail/Semi-Formal: Suits are not required — be comfortable enough to dance the night away! It can get a bit cool and windy in Cabo in the evenings in February, so please keep that in mind when packing.

2. Are kids invited to the wedding?
We love all your little ones, but we have chosen to have an adults-only celebration.

3. Do I need to book the hotel/flights through LovinAway?
A block of rooms has been held under the name Milkie Cebula Wedding through LovinAway. This is a contracted group rate that provides a discounted rate for our guests.
Transfers are included whether you book your air with LovinAway or on your own.
Air can absolutely be booked independently, but feel free to reach out to LovinAway for pricing to bundle it with your stay — it can sometimes offer additional savings and makes the process easier!

4. Are there higher-end suites available beyond what’s listed?
Yes! There are additional room categories that may be available. If you have something specific in mind, Stacy can check availability for you. Please note it may take a few days, as we would need to request those rooms be added to the group block at the contracted rate.

5. How many nights are guests booking for the trip?
Based on travel trends, most guests attend destination weddings for about 5 nights, but you are welcome to stay for as long or short as you’d like. We anticipate most guests will arrive on Wednesday or Thursday and depart on Monday or Tuesday, but please choose the dates that work best for you.

6. Who is LovinAway?
LovinAway is a division of LaMacchia Travel that exclusively specializes in destination weddings and honeymoons. While LovinAway works with clients nationwide, the team operates out of the LaMacchia Travel office.
