This offer applies to any new wedding or social group that has not yet been booked or confirmed at the time the couple signs and maintains a group contract for a room block with LovinAway between May 27, 2025, and August 31, 2025, for travel occurring between July 1, 2025, and December 31, 2027, at select preferred and approved partner resorts. Blackout dates may apply at certain resorts.

The rebate earned will be based on the number of fully paid and traveled rooms within the group, with a minimum stay of three nights per room. Complimentary rooms earned through hotel promotions do not count toward the total of paid and traveled rooms required to qualify for this promotion. For example, if the group books 10 rooms and the hotel offers 1 free room for every 10 booked, only nine paid rooms will count toward this promotion. Similarly, canceled rooms—regardless of whether travel insurance was purchased—will not count toward the qualifying total.

Couples will receive a rebate of $750 when booking 10–14 paid and traveled rooms, $1,000 for 15–19 rooms, $1,500 for 20–24 rooms, and $2,000 for 25 or more rooms. Alternatively, at select partner resorts, the couple will receive $1,000 for 10–14 rooms, $1,250 for 15–19 rooms, $2,000 for 20–24 rooms, $2,500 for 25–29 rooms, and $3,000 for 30 or more rooms.

Rebates are not cumulative; only the highest qualifying rebate tier will apply. The rebate will be applied to the couple’s travel reservation with LovinAway at the time of final payment. Should the group fall below the qualifying tier prior to travel due to cancellations or complimentary rooms, the rebate amount will be adjusted accordingly. Any remaining balance owed will be collected from the couple or applied against complimentary rooms earned.

If the value of the credit exceeds the cost of the couple’s room portion, a LovinAway future travel credit will be issued in the names of the couple. The credit is non-transferable. This offer may be combined with current resort promotions, where applicable, though additional restrictions may apply. The couple’s room reservation must be booked under their LovinAway group contract to receive promotional benefits and must include travel insurance. Only guest rooms booked under the group contract will count toward earning the credit.
