How It Works:
When you’re planning a destination wedding or group celebration at Couples Resorts, your guest list can come with a major bonus—free rooms for you. Depending on when you travel, you’ll earn a complimentary room after a certain number of rooms are booked. For weddings and groups traveling between May 1st and October 31st, you’ll receive one free room for every five paid rooms. If your celebration falls between April 15th – April 30th or November 1st – December 20th, the offer adjusts to one free room for every ten paid rooms.
The complimentary room is based on the lowest room category booked and the shortest stay in the group, and while taxes and fees still apply, it’s a fantastic way to reduce costs or treat yourselves to something extra special. A minimum stay of three nights is required, and group size limits apply depending on the resort—up to 30 rooms at Couples Sans Souci and 50 rooms at Couples Tower Isle, Couples Swept Away, and Couples Negril.

* Promotion valid Free room is based on time of travel. Every 11th room free for arrivals between April 15th – April 30th. Every 6th room free for arrivals between May 1st – October 31st. Every 11th room free for arrivals between November 1st – December 20th. Booking must be registered to receive every 6th or 11th room free at any of our resorts based on travel period. A 3-night minimum stay is required. There is a 30-room max at Couples Sans Souci and a 50 rooms max at Couples Tower Isle, Couples Swept Away, and Couples Negril by Couples’ Groups department. Additional rooms must be approved and will require an additional deposit. Single occupancy rates are available on request. If the group reservation falls below the minimum group paid requirement any complimentary rooms will be lost. Price matched rooms do not apply to groups and free night offers are not combinable with this promotion. Travel must be completed by December 24th. Complimentary room(s) will be based on the group’s lowest category room and shortest paid stay. Each complimentary room will be subject to administrative taxes and fees. Maximum 4 complementary rooms per group. All Group rates are quoted based on the current published rate in US dollars. Other restrictions may apply.
